Designed as an addition to the six floor MOMA is this seventy-five floor tower. The tower proposes a radical new way of thinking about program, with larger public spaces on the outer edges of each floor, and the smaller more private spaces on the interior. In addition, the coloration on the exterior of the tower can be read as bands from a distance, but a closer view reveals a greater level of detail.
