Clients assignment for this project was to do a rehabilitation/reconstruction of an old family tavern into a new Contemporary restaurant with a Show kitchen.  Existing parameters such as bearing walls, longitudinal plan, underground levels, side courtyard, and accsesses were the key starting points for the Concept development.
