This project was a total makeover. Sorry no before pictures. The developer wanted to create a livable home with maximum bedrooms and bath rooms for each bedroom. The resultant 3 Bed 3 1/2 Bath with 2 car garage was successful without tearing down the whole structure! On the waterfront, we were able to raise the ceilings and open the floor plan for a more modern feel.
