I am a Pratt graduate from the school of architecture. Received my first professional bachelors degree on May 2012.  I'm a passionate individual committed to the design and arts, seeking experience to further my understanding of architecture.

Conceptualized different sets of lamp fixtures, ceiling fixtures, and wall sconces. Critiqued the works of the design team. Contributed to the representative drawings and boards for clients. Required to learn Corel Draw & Photoshop.

Created 3D models and renderings of residential houses (from plans, sections and elevations) for clients. Require to meet specific deadlines & work on multiple projects at a time. Used Maxwell Renders to accurately generate specific materials, as well as to enhance texture and colors of surfaces. Composed renderings of the houses in different environments to depict a realistic image.

Drew Surveys/land maps for different sites in Miami. Based each Drawings to their appropriate Plat book from the Miami Dade County office of Property Appraiser and points generated on site. Required to learn and use AutoCAD Land Desktop for producing precise drawings in a large scale. Recorded Plat Books of Miami Dade /Broward County and FEMA flood zone maps for future company use.

Produced several layouts for the interior design of a restaurant. Researched different dining sets adequate for maximizing the space and successfully finish the initial requirement of acquiring +80 seats for customers within a 2,340 sq footage space. Also provided perspective drawings of the dining lounge and bar.

Presidential Merit Scholarship, Scholarship

The Presidential Merit-based scholarships are awarded upon acceptance by the admissions office according to a carefully developed program based on the major, the GPA, test scores (freshmen only), and portfolio if required. Architecture merit-based scholarships are awarded based on SAT/ACT test scores (freshmen only) and high school GPA. Transfer scholarships are based on portfolio and college GPA. All college transcripts are included in the calculation. Undergraduate students must maintain a 2.5 GPA to renew their scholarships each year
