The Corner-store is a 3 story commercial building that sets out to "the heartbeat" of the neighborhood. It is a place where 3 local business can inhabit to create a livly street corner. The projects 3 setbacks are derived from the street grids, and context. The corner itself is pushed back to allow for impromptu meetings through out the day.
