Senior Architect for the design development and delivery of the Envelope packages for “City Suites Chapel St.”. A new residential building (260 apartments) 16th storey high part of the Greengate regeneration project in Manchester.

My Role: Senior Architect for the design and technical coordination with emphasis on the Curtain walling and external cladding systems, tender documentation, specification, liaison with specialist consultant and cladding contractors (RIBA C-D-E-F).
