Marazzi exibition and administrative center

The project' concept represents my personal suggestion of how new Marazzi group building would look like as Italian architect Paolo Porthogesi’ proposal
was refused for reason of his proposals building expense. As these site photographs line, from left to right and we get closer to predicted new Marazzi group
building site, we are able to see one of the main project problematics main of which is its location.. Sites nearby overpass unables the driver to have a clear contact
with what would there stand above all the structure - the Marazzi group logo or advertisement. Second problematic is that investors wish was that the new
representative building should visually cover the production site and stand alone in this narrow line 200m long.

Manufacturing  plant  is  located  in  industrial zone  on the very highway,  60km south from Rome. Its  challenging location offers  big
advantages in terms of comercialization  of MARAZZI’  rich ceramic   assortment..   location   (North - West  of  Frosinone  province)
is   East  to  West surrounded  with  mountains  whereas  the  Apenines  could  be seen North. The surrounding  mountains  as  well
as  nearness  off  nearby  highway  played  the crutial   role  in sense  of .design  inspiration  regarding  projects dynamics..

By the large 1st floor interior open space, high possibility of flexible space planning is been realized, both in the design phase, and during
exploitation  of  the  building.  On  the  2nd  floor  besides  stairways,  toilets  and  exibit  space  which are repeated an administrative
offices and refreshment room are planned. 1st and 2nd floor vertical communication is eased with use of elevators and escalators.
3rd floor is planned only above the administrative part and is made as polyvalent space.
