The  concept  of  this  project  derives  by  the   stylized  shape  of  the  local  ancient   buildings. 

This  is  assigned  at  information  center  at   ground  floor  and  offices  at  upper  floors. The  building  is  located  within  a  cultural   park  (under  construction)  which  provides   the  realizarion  of  a  40  floors  tower  and  a   commercial  street. The  circular  plan  has  inner  garden  that   permits  the  sunlight  to  reach  the  rooms  in   a  natural  way  during  the  day. Outwardly,  th  closing  outer  perimeter  of   the  ground  floor  is  made  of  a  courtain   glass  wall. The  rest  of  the  casing  is  composed  by  a   double  skin  of  aluminium  panels  with   mirror  finishing.
