Originally from Fayetteville, AR where I graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelors of Interior Design.

Leadership By Design (LBD) is a course every freshman enrolled, in Fay Jones School, is required to take their first year. LBD is to teach freshman students what to expect, good study habits and how to excel in architecture school. A mentor is an upperclassmen with good leadership skills that's assigned a group of first year architecture, interior design and landscape students.
