Queen Central Park

Highly-awarded skyscraper, Turkey’s 13th tallest building, has reached its full height of 195 meters, forming a significant presence on the Istanbul skyline. Emerged from the cooperation of Sinpas Reit and Tago Architects, the schematic design is further developed in collaboration with Studio Cubic. Featuring 5-star indoor and outdoor amenities, the two 50-story intersecting glass towers rise from the plinth, which supports an expansive green roof and is anchored by a 10-story car park. The repetitive serration contributes to a dynamic facade morphology that affords splendid panoramic views of Istanbul at all levels, also maximizes light-permeability. The mixed-use complex encompasses 1262 residences, commerce and retail units with office spaces and a city park about the size of a city block. The interiors have been finished off with an eclectic decoration combining design furniture and industrial-look elements, that add value in a predominantly functional and chic environment.
