Bright and warm welcoming reddish wood tones outline a transparent yet grand series of glulam structures, containing hotel, office, and residential volumes atop a glass plane of retail - continuing the work of the temporary pop-up edition of this project. I used a color matched collection of four different wood textures to depict a visually cohesive yet texturally diverse canvas of rich natural tones within the building facades.
