The Gap Inc., New York, NY, US, Freelance, Administrative Support Assistant in Design & Production

- Support Gap Body & Kids/Baby Production Teams, by organizing samples daily and updating PLM by requesting fabric from our global partners
- Coordinate with Gap Body Design Team, by revising seasonal color schemes using Illustrator and preparing InDesign presentations for merchants
- Assist in updating PLM with all marketing features for Gap Body styles (+50 styles), inclusive of creating key templates

- Worked with Xorel Design Team and created names for latest Xorel collection print styles
- Developed presentation renderings, using Photoshop (hospitality, health care, retail)
- Prepared InDesign presentation boards and iPad presentation layouts
- Created color palettes of Xorel styles and organized test samples into color schemes for final selection
- Worked with Textile Design Team to create material palettes & complementary textile palettes, concentrating on color and pattern, for promotional tactics
- Communicated with Executive Vise President (Creative) & Designers to create inspiration, trend, Pinterest presentations to be sent out to clients
- Developed concept artwork for new (healthcare) textile with Designers using Illustrator

- Attended vendor meetings and assisted in choosing new innovative samples
- Organized and created new sourcing libraries for all three departments
