PROJECT ARCHITECT & DESIGNER: RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ASPECTS OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND DESIGN. THESE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED:
Schematic Design; programming of client’s needs and design criteria, research for historic precedents for traditional design concepts, initial code and zoning analysis, design sketches and presentation drawings.
Design development; refinement of schematic design, including the integration of building systems such as structural, mechanical, electrical, etc., assembly of the consultant team, landmarks review if required, preliminary cost projections.
Construction documents; analysis of documents required and manpower projections, supervision of the project team, coordination and production of details and specifications for all materials and building components, continuing coordination with engineers and specialized craftsmen, integration of design with project decorator’s requirements.
Construction administration; Site visits, field reports, change order reviews and approvals, shop drawing and material reviews, ongoing consultant and decorator coordination, mock-up reviews.

Duplex Apartment, 86th Street & Lexington Avenue, New York, $350,000 budget. Complete renovation of a three bedroom, three and one half bath duplex apartment in a pre war co-op building. Work included renovation of baths and kitchen with custom millwork throughout.
House addition and renovation, Pearl River, New York, $300,000 budget. Renovation of two and one half baths and a family room addition with built- in custom millwork, along with a front facade redesign incorporating new dormers, windows, front porch and stone veneer.
Zoning and feasibility study, 44 Prospect Park West, Park Slope, Brooklyn. Study and preliminary zoning envelope diagrams for the addition of two to four level penthouses on an existing six story apartment building.
Office interior, 650 Fifth Avenue, New York, $750,000 budget. Renovation of a 4000 SF office space, including new partitions, custom millwork, relocation and modification of existing mechanical, lighting and electrical and new finishes.

Complete renovation of a 5500 sf, four story 1850’s townhouse. New mechanical and electrical systems, significant structural modifications and new stairs and restoration of a traditionally designed interior.
Duplex apartment renovation, 555 Park Avenue, New York, $2,800,000 budget.
Gut renovation of a 2,600 sf apartment in a 1918 building in the Upper East Side historic district. Installation of new mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems, new stair, new marble entry hall and marble baths with traditional interior detailing.
Apartment renovation, 791 Park Avenue, New York, $3,000,000 budget.
Gut renovation of a 4,000 sf, 5 bedroom apartment in a 1920’s Art Deco building in the Upper East Side historic district. Installation of new mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems. All new Art Deco inspired interior detailing.

New residence: Salisbury, Ct., $15,000,000 budget. A 13,000 sf house on 400 acres in northwest Connecticut, including indoor pool, media room, greenhouse, guest house and numerous architectural landscape elements for formal gardens.
Townhouse restoration, 48 East 92nd Street, New York, $9,000,000 budget. Complete restoration and modernization of a 12,000 sf, 1931 townhouse which when purchased had been used as a maternity clinic since 1954. All original details were refurbished or restored to their original condition and all mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems were updated and replaced. Façade restoration and window replacement including landmarks review.
Townhouse renovation, 20 East 78th Street, New York, $7,500,000 budget. Complete gut renovation and façade restoration of an 8000 sf, five story 1880’s townhouse. Completely new mechanical and electrical systems, significant structural modifications, new stair and elevator within a traditionally designed interior.
Executive offices, penthouse floor of Citibank Tower, $1,500,000 budget. New construction with custom traditional detailing for both offices and workstations for a multi-national media company.
