Grandberry is a true lifestyle center, a mixture of retail and residential, highly integrated with the train station. To break down the scale of the project to create a human scale intimate environment, we created a simple loop circulation with a streetscape referencing European town typology. 

By elevating the ground level, we bury the service and circulation underneath the retail center and provide access to a centralized parking deck. From the parking, pedestrians have direct access to the shopping area while the parking deck and entertainment zones are discretely hidden from sight.
