This remodeling entailed in turning two existing workman buildings across each other, each one with dorms utiizing common bathrooms, into a high-end hotel with suites each one with an independent kitchenette and bathroom. The challenge was to preserve an intact envelope and still mange all the plumbing/mechanical chases from bottom up.
