Creating a co-working environment with good acoustics, KBA developed a floorplan that allowed for 3 and 4-person offices and open office space. Using resilient channels and floor-to ceiling metal studs, the sound between the individual offices was minimized.

Attractive phone booths and simple kitchen design celebrates the WorkSocial orange and gray branding. Gray and white city maps designate large offices. Planters run along the window ledges concealing the HVAC and create warmth in the spaces. The project was optimized for feng shui.
