This future ground-up multi-use project will offer an exciting mix of retail, restaurant, office and residential space, a perfect fit for the City of Agoura’s current revitalization and beautification efforts. These initial concepts were developed to adhere to the city’s design standards, that emphasize harmony with the location’s immediate manmade and natural surroundings. As such, Cornerstone blends seamlessly into the softly sloped area, incorporating lush vegetation with organic color schemes and materials. A series of different facades gives each building a unique identify, while maintaining overall aesthetic cohesion both within the campus and throughout the Agoura Hills community.
