Alterations are approved with the stipulation that 50% of envelope walls and the foundation must be retained.

. Proposed alternatives to the initial floor plan based on the client’s request. Developed a solution with the client for the partial setback of the front and rear façades, resulting in a vastly improved unit layout for the building.

. Four family residential restoration through DOB approvals, design alterations, the start of construction, and a final as built document set.
