Our office is looking to expand our healthcare leadership with an individual who shares our passion for the master planning, programming, and design of acute and ambulatory medical facilities.
Working as a member of a firm wide team of healthcare design resources, this individual would play a key role in planning and development of projects ranging from the renovation of acute and ambulatory facilities to new hospital buildings. The candidate would work collaboratively with project teams and participate in client meetings to facilitate strategic direction for programming and medical planning, and provide oversight for the design and delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for design, and a consistent desire to raise the bar and innovate. They will bring extensive experience in healthcare planning and design, in addition to evidence of strong client relationships. They will also bring leadership skills and an ability to cultivate new business opportunities.
Required qualifications include a minimum of 15 years of experience in healthcare as Principal-in-Charge, Senior Medical Planner, Senior Designer, Interior Architect, Project Manager or Senior Project Architect (or any combination of these roles). Candidate must be a Licensed Architect with a minimum Bachelor of Architecture Degree from an Accredited University. Expertise in Evidence-Based Design, healthcare trends and best practice, Lean operations planning and OSHPD experience required. This is a full-time, salaried position that will require additional hours and travel.
