Jeffrey Beers International is an award-winning hospitality design firm based in New York. Hiring a Job Captain with a minimum of 7 years’ experience working on hospitality interiors in the domestic and international markets. 

Looking for a self-motivated professional to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment, with strong time management skills. Must have a proactive approach with excellent follow through. An ability to work independently and the ability to build strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and internal team is necessary for the position.  


  • Work closely with the Project Manager to maintain project progress and schedule. 
  • Strong AutoCAD skills and understanding of drawing sets, materials and specifications. 
  • Strong documentation and detailing skills.
  • Coordinates with third party vendors such as consultants and contractors.
  • Collects and prioritizes project requirements
  • Sets and meets all deliverable deadlines
  • Supports the project manager in review of drawings before sending to client to ensure accuracy and that the client’s expectations are met
  • Ensures digital file maintenance during project duration and proper archiving at project end
