Architect - Custom Residential and Hospitality

Our client is a multidisciplinary architecture and interior design studio specializing in high-end residential and hospitality projects. Currently, they are seeking a talented and self-motivated candidate for a key Architectural position. We are looking for someone skilled and savvy who is eager to become involved in all phases of the design process with strong technical skills.

Requirements:

 At least 5-8 years of experience, predominantly in high end residential design

 Bachelor of Architecture degree at minimum

 Experience with New Constructions as well as interior architecture

 Excellent AutoCAD drafting and 3D rendering skills (Sketch-up required, Revit and others a plus)

 Proficiency with graphics software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and MS Office Suite

 Knowledge of construction documentation, site supervision, and client contact. The ideal candidate will be able to put together a good set of drawings with minimal to no supervision.

 Knowledge of National and Regional Building Code and submittals process

 Strong communication skills

 Proven team leadership ability with both internal design teams, as well as outside consultants
