Hi - 你好, I am Joann Lui!

I am a junior architect from Hong Kong but currently based in the NYC area. I am an Associate AIA with a LEED Green Associate. I have:

  • two years of professional experience in the architecture and design industry
  • experience from conceptual to permit sets to construction documents
  • strong graphic skills for visual presentation
  • completely fluent in English and Chinese, both Mandarin and Cantonese
  • a PASSION to keep learning and producing amazing work

I prepared and oversaw schematic design, permit sets, and construction documents for various residential, commercial, renovation and urban planning projects. I also developed a cohesive office graphic presence for print collateral, presentations and RFPs/RFQs.
