At Ray Builders I managed over 30 subcontractors and 9 consultants on a ground-up $45 million mixed use residential development. I managed the budget and reviewed all RFIs and submittals, and change orders, requisitions, construction logistics, and project schedules. Because of my organizational skills, our project was ahead of schedule by over 2 months and is completed before its delivery date (TCO).
Also, project managed an alteration of an existing commercial loft space into a class B office space. Here I was involved in the budgeting, buyout phase, bid leveling and coordination with all trades.
