Master-planned concept schemes for expansion and enhancement of 100-year old, narrow-gauge railroad theme park. Designed, documented, and oversaw construction of Edaville Station, Boarding Platform, Gazebo, and MGL Chapter 34 renovations to 3-story, brick and heavy-timber Headquarters Building and Museum. Developing designs for new major main entrance building complex, and new engine maintenance facility.
