The Gagarin Park will create new 550 workplaces and accommodate 1666 people.  Location: It is located in a walking distance to retail malls “Mega Alma-Ata” and “Magnum”. It sites in 10 minutes of travel to the financial centers of Almaty, fitness centers, health center, high-schools, and the business academy. That makes it an attractive and affordable living option for the workers that encourages walking and cycling as an alternative to owning cars.
