Our Mining Client desired increased production from their milling operations.  The Project involved the installation of two new 16×19 Metso Ball Mills as well as upgrades to the existing flotation circuit.  Our Client replaced all of their existing 400CF rougher flotation cells with 1500CF cell.  An additional 4500CF Flotation tank cell was added and a new column flotation cell installed.

HEA was contracted to do the detail design to implement all the new equipment required to double the mills throughput.  HEA  specified all equipment and aided in the procurement of all equipment.  HEA also aided with the construction management.
