Currently working on a few simultaneous projects. The first one is a interior build-out for a new Restaurant / Night Club in an existing shell space in Naples, FL. The second project on the boards is a 4 story hotel addition to an existing 4 story commercial property in Long Island City, NY.
In my free time I am currently taking my A.R.E.s and have taken and passed 4 out of the required 7 in order to acquire my NYS Architecture License.

•Designed, oversaw contruction and the opening of S Prime Steakhouse including all graphic and logo design
•Working with Caliendo Architects to obtain the Certificate of Occupancy for all STLC, LLC properties
