This flexible 85,000 sf Classroom and Forensic Laboratory Building, smaller facilities will be provided on 6 sites.

To support the education of civil defense students this new technologically advanced facility will provide the finest teaching and simulation facilities in the Middle East. The facilities E-Classrooms include the latest audio visual technology, which allows distance learning, and supports electronic audio visual links to all of the programs offered on the 31 dispersed sites located through the Kingdom. The Classroom and Laboratory Building contains  classrooms, lecture halls, and teaching Laboratories for studying and analysis of; Narcotics , Ballistic Testing and Analysis, Weapons Training, Crime Scene Evidence, Fingerer Printing, Passport, Forgery, Civil Defense, Traffic, Topographic and Geo Spatial, Communications and Computer Simulation. The classrooms and labs are each based on serving 24 students.
