After several projects in China, we just landed our first major project in Singapore. We're partnering with a local firm of record but I was wondering if anyone had experience in the Singapore market? I know several Chinese contractors who have been defecting their as the Chinese economy has cooled down. However, the Singaporean government doesn't allow anywhere near the level of corruption as we've experienced working in China(aka we haven't budgeted any hong baos). 

Should we anticipate more of the construction challenges associated with working in China or is the market vastly different?
