This is the second location of the successful Cape Code coffee shop, Kohi, at the street level retail space at Boston Landing, the New Balance Headquarter campus. Their first shop at the Cape Code is an establishment carefully detailed with humble modern materials yet, full with Cape Cod local sensitivity. It was desired to continue the look and feel of the first location, or maintain the consistency but tweaked to reflect the new location. Same details or materials were repeated. At the same time, a new industrial materials and elements were introduced.
