CTS Group Architecture/Planning, PA received the Renaissance Award from the Friends of the Upper East Side Historic Districts for their façade restoration/preservation work as Associate Architects to Bohlin Cywinski Jackson Architects for the new Apple Store, Upper East Side, New York City.  The CTS restoration design effort was headed by Principal in Charge, David V. Abramson, AIA.  The project is featured in the February, 2016 Architectural Record magazine and involves the adaptive re-use and restoration of a late English Renaissance style two story building on Madison Avenue.
