in.it.studios is an enthusiastic company spearheading the design of contemporary living spaces.  in.it.studios range offer an innovative green solution for those seeking to add extra space to their property with all the comforts and services one would expect inside the home.  Unlike other companies in.it.studios manufacture all elements of the building under the same roof, ensuring quality, aesthetics and control.  An experienced team of craftsman and joiners work alongside designers and architects to produce this exceptional range of cutting edge studios.

in.it.studios range of garden buildings are tailored to your bespoke requirements and have the freedom to be of any size to suit your garden or space.  The design has been carefully thought-out and maximises the potential use of the studio whilst avoiding any disruption to the garden.  This balance of design and materials creates a unique harmony bonding the studio with its surroundings.

Every element of the studio has been designed with environmental considerations at the forefront to ensure the studio appeals to the environmentally-conscious customer.  Highly-insulated facades and double glazing help reduce the need to either heat or cool the living space. The windows have been set back to prohibit direct sunlight in the summer while allowing the penetration of natural daylight in the winter.  Designed to complement its location, the structure uses a variety of carefully selected timbers such as PEFC or FSC Western Red Cedar and Accoya.  Using timber as the main building material makes this an environmentally-friendly option in comparison to a traditional brick-built house extension.

The studio’s footprint within the garden has been offset with a sedum roof covering.  This low maintenance green roof offers many environmental benefits and advantages over a standard roof.  The sedum blanket acts as a natural insulator for both heat and sound whilst helping to extend the life expectancy of the roof by protecting the waterproof membrane underneath.  This natural vegetation can also help improve the air quality and absorb carbon dioxide by photosynthesis.  This visually pleasing roof solution not only improves the character of the studio but makes it blend in with the garden surroundings.
Here's what our client's had to say:
"We first saw the studio at the Grand Designs Exhibition where we were able to directly compare the building with a number of other similar studios  On the basis of design flexibility, cost, and quality we decided to order this studio as part office and part adjoining workshop.
The building's components arrived on time, and was erected perfectly within ten days, without delay, during the worst of the winter weather.  We are delighted with the finished result and very impressed with the complete service offered by in.it.studios."
