New York, NY
Wide-open communal spaces and personal quiet zones coexist in a flexible workspace designed for a double-height, sunlit penthouse of a 1913 building near Manhattan’s Hudson Yards. Embracing principles of Active Design, spatial juxtapositions and pathways encourage people to move throughout the day, generating happenstance meetings and the exchange of ideas. Rich, textured materials and a diverse mix of vintage and new furnishings bring a sense of human personality to the workspaces.
