Overlooking Elliott Bay on the Puget Sound, the residence is located in the heart of downtown Seattle on the top two floors of the Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences.   The design objective was to create an approachable residence in a premier property using a subtle Art Deco influence to infuse a thoroughly modern space with tangible warmth.   The scope included a complete transformation from a raw, concrete shell to an elegant, high-rise residence over a two and half year project.
