The Southside Medical Office Building involves the adaptive re-use of an existing concrete block structure. The project calls for the construction of two additional stories and extensive renovations to accommodate a total of six to eight medical suites. The design places an emphasis on context by using exterior finish materials and elements inspired by neighborhood buildings.
