62,500 seat new stadium, with 132 luxury skyboxes and 9,000 club seats for the Chicago Bears and the Chicago Fire.  Project also included the creation of 19 new acres of park land.

This project was completed by Wood + Zapata, with architect of record Lohan Caprile Goettsch.
