Ernestine Anderson Place

Located in Seattle’s Central District, Ernestine Anderson Place provides 61 units of affordable housing for homeless and low-income seniors ages 55 and up. The building features studio and one bedroom units. The ground floor includes community space for residents, with an exercise room, a library with internet-enabled computers and an outside patio garden area. Low Income Housing Institute partnered with Sound Mental Health to provide case management for tenants in need of support services.
