The building is an atypical example of Masseria, a linear plan. It only differs from the traditional courtyard shape.

Through the historical analysis is detected a group of three distinct elements, each one dates back to a different period.

The architectural intervention points out a historical continuity. Restoring and preserving the old part (Trulli), rationalizing a part of the mansion house (Casale) and by a small enlargement at the beginning of the 20th century.  

The complex of Masseria and Trulli has a modern program. Now it is a holiday dwelling with independent chambers and bedrooms for guests. Local materials and traditional construction solutions used to integrate with the wonderful scenery. Referring to its natural wealth and ethnological heritage, a landscape worked by man.
