Considering the outcomes of the preliminary studies such as a need for shade throughout the entire day, green space, semi-public space, the integration of the site with the city, attraction to the site, etc.; four restaurants were positioned at the end of the site by developing an urban court in the front of the structure emphasizing on not to make any of the restaurants superior to the other We developed a basic network obtained from the site’s main lines in order to make an organizing structure for all the parts of the project (generalities and details). Next, by applying the project’s main lines and objectives such as functions, continuity of the site, the building and the parking (level -1), shading throughout the entire day of the structure on itself and on its landscape, air circulation, developing pause spaces (pre–entrance), etc. on the basic network; we reached a fluid and symbolic form which provides a monolith and flexible space for the purpose of interior design according to the wishes of the occupants of each restaurant. Utilization of the modules inside creates a unity across the four restaurants in spite of the differences. A geometric pattern was used conforming to the basic network on the outer layer and creating light and shade inside the structure throughout the day and also lighting at night with the intention of creating a sense of place. In architectural projects, considering the audience and user of the project is the main objective. Therefore, attention was paid to the urban court with the intention of respecting the city (citizens of the city). Thereafter, keeping in mind the touristic aspects, the design of a symbolic and iconic space was attempted in order to respect the pertinent audience and produce visual richness. Light and shade inside the structure (the pattern on the outer layer) was created keeping in mind the audience and aiming to produce a different type of space.
