M-RAD is a design studio dedicated to creating spaces and communities that heighten ones awareness and engage curiosity in the everyday. The goal is to continually explore and evaluate the entire process of design and building as a whole and as parts. M-RAD is driven by its curiosity towards outcomes and interactions that formal architectural arrangements can produce.
Architecture, in our minds, has the potential to provoke our senses and consciousness and if only for a moment, invoke a fresh view of our surroundings. The power of architectural creations can be gauged partly by their capacity to arouse our awareness of, and emotional responses to, our surroundings. Provoking those moments of sentience through architectural design is to bring forth our conscious awareness of our sensory responses to our environment.
It is through this lens that M-RAD challenges the linear design process. We aim to focus, empathize, and deliver what you really want.
