We are a multi-disciplinary studio that provides professional design services, programming/needs assessment, interiors, construction management, and program consulting.  

Led by Ron Kwaske, an Architect who is also a licensed contractor in Chicago, a concrete contractor, and who hails from a family of builders and engineers dating back to Germany in the early 1900‘s, we often assist our clients by providing construction observation or management to ensure the integrity of our design is upheld, and that our clients’ interests are being served.  Additionally, Ron Kwaske is a self-certified architect in the City of Chicago, and he is a registered energy professional.

Ilianna Kwaske, Ph.D.   is an industrial-organizational psychologist.  She is responsible for directing our advanced use of psychological principles to obtain a better understanding of our client’s behavioral and spatial needs.

We strive for happy clients and hope to keep the list of happy clients growing.  Our projects include: residences, offices, restaurants, warehouses, and apartment buildings.  With a workshop on our ground floor used to experiment with materials, build models, construct furniture and other installations,  you may find sawdust on our office floor, or computer keyboards for that matter, along with various tools laying randomly around, product samples, fabrics, and sewing machines.
