Located in a turn of the century loft building in the TriBeCa neighborhood of lower Manhattan, our office numbers between five and eight people depending on our workload. Our work is a collaborative effort between the principals, the staff, the client, the consultants and the contractors.
While our work includes some retail and office projects, our primary focus has been residential – from pre-war apartments to loft renovations, townhouses and historic restoration. We are comfortable with, and are challenged by, work across a wide stylistic spectrum – from the restoration of an eighteenth century house to a modern loft renovation. Whatever the project, we try to find the most appropriate functional, aesthetic and cost effective response.
