The project consists of a four-story building built entirely from recycled shipping containers, it’s the tallest container building in Latin America. The first two floors are for commercial premises, more specifically small restaurants and bars. In the last two floors there are single and co-working offices that shares different terraces and a green roof. The arrangement of the containers responds to its structural condition, they have to meet in their vertex´s in order to transmit their load to the floor. The building has a courtyard typology which seeks to naturally illuminate and ventilate all the spaces.
