-Sourced materials and furniture and designed millwork for Slim Dental Kids and Seven Grams Caffe’s second location.
-Translated Adore Me’s digital brand to a physical brick and mortar aesthetic by conceiving of and installing a three day pop-up shop and the company’s first showroom.

-Conceived and developed design scheme for the public areas in a 90,000 SF residential development in Connecticut including lobby, corridors and amenity spaces.
-Progressed material and finish palettes for the rehab of a 160 unit underperforming residential building into a luxury rental, culminating in four different mock-up apartments and specification books; became RFI/construction management point-person.
-Developed theme and aesthetic for six model units in a ground up condo, resulting in increased pricing of units and a bidding war on the penthouse which closed 18% above asking price.
-Managed design assistant from conception to installation of model units in over six luxury buildings, created aesthetics that aligned with the history and brand of each building and resulted in high leasing/purchasing rates.
-Produced building, DOB submission and construction sets while project managing between contractor, building management, decorator and challenging client for a high end renovation. Created a constant exchange of information between all parties and a smooth work flow.
