When Hirschl & Adler Galleries decided to move out of their home of 33 years, they called Essential Design + Build to handle the construction for them. The move from the historic seven floor townhouse on 21 East 70th St to one floor in the landmark Crown Building at 730 5th Ave was a complicated one but ed+b, working in conjunction with Evan Mann, architect, accomplished the task flawlessly.
