300 square foot Garage/Studio converted into an ADU in Portland, Oregon. I created a more open design, obtained permits, hired a contractor and sub-contractors, researched and sourced building materials and finishes. This is the first project where I made the design and was responsible for all aspects of the project. it was very exciting but also riskier.
