I recently graduated from New York Institute of Technology, New York with a bachelor of science’s degree in Architectural Technology. The studies emphasized in advanced computer aided design (CAD) and construction management. The courses consisted of design fundamentals, design analysis exercises, environmental systems, structural systems, visualizations, construction management and project integration. Being an architect is always been a dream of mine ever since my brother introduced me with a game called The Sims.

I recently did a freelance work for LD Creative Renovation with Doris Lozada, a family owned business that concentrates on upscale residencies, corporate interiors, high-end wood-work and custom cabinetry. Working closely with Doris Lozada for an Upper East Side apartment renovation, specifically for multiple bathrooms, I gained a different side of architectural experience. I was assigned to do renderings of the bathrooms, sketched the floor plans, researched types of concrete material, and selected the bathroom fixtures with the perfect fit of requirements.
