The Sidi Abdellah village project encompasses 1,500,000 HA in the overall Sidi Abdellah, which is a new science and technology city, is located 10 miles southwest of Algiers and is 4 miles from the sea.  The village is located to the west of Mahelma and is adjacent to the future university.  The site has gentle rolling hills and several stream beds which are generated and run through the property.  The high point is located to the southern portion of the property.  The property is bordered by the city’s main road systems on three sides, thus providing several opportunities for entry into the site.
