Located in the heart of the historic district of Bethlehem, PA, the Kemerer Museum of Decorative Arts required additional space to house their growing collection and archival storage for rotating exhibits and research. The expansion is wrapped with a rainscreen facade made of up various width fiber cement panels. These panels, with colors that complement the historic district, allow the building to circulate air, assist in drainage, and promote evaporation. The expansion is 2 stories and connects 4 structures, each built between the early 19th Century and late 20th Century. Archival storage is made more efficient through the use of a custom mobile storage system.

My role included development and management of the Revit model, drawing development from schematic design through construction documentation, and construction administration.
