• Research materials and products; consult with manufacturers, vendors, consultants, and
contractors in order to propose appropriate design solutions

• Assisted with development of architectural designs, utilizing AutoCAD and BIM models
• Engaged in construction site visits and wrote reports for the principal
• Prepared and maintained various architectural documents, reviewed construction plans, developed 3D models
• Worked closely with stcutural engineers and general contractors
• Submitted the permit plans and coordinated with the city for the plan check corrections
